Customer Satisfaction is high priority at Scanway. Therefore we accept returns and exchanges for products purchased on the scanway.net or swedishshoes.com web sites. Shoes must be returned in their original package, in unworn, re-saleable condition within 15 days of purchase.

Refund

Scanway will refund your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment, excluding shipping charges, upon receival of the items.

Exchange

Additional shipping charges apply, as well as any price differentials. Scanway will send out the exchange product upon receival of the return items and payments.
